FAQ

 1. What type of chocolate do you use?
We use premium Belgian style chocolate with a higher coco content than your local store bought chocolate. This enables the fountain to maintain the correct level of viscosity needed to run smoothly. Also our premium chocolate does not require oil to be added!

2. How many guests will the chocolate fountain serve?
Our 19" Sephra fountain will serve 1-50 guests and require 7.5 lbs of chocolate. Our 35" Buffet Enhancement fountain will serve 75-200 guests require up to 26 lbs of chocolate. (Please note in actuality both fountains have the potential of serving an unlimited number of guests by replenishing the chocolate.) Note* If your event requires more chocolate we offer you the opportunity to purchase additional chocolate in 2 lb increments at a price of $20($50/5lbs/40 guests)

3. What dipping items can be used with the fountain?
Really, just about anything that tingles your taste buds! After all its your party! Its up to you but some of the favorites are Strawberries, Bananas, Pineapples, Maraschino cherries, Marshmallows, Pretzels, Vanilla sugarwafers,  Oreo cookies,  Mini nutter butter cookies, Rice krispie treats, Brownie bites, Plain donuts, Wavy chips, or Graham cracker sticks. Crumbly type foods are not recommended (ex. angel food cake)

4. Is the chocolate fountain available for outdoor use?
Typically no. Unfortunately it is a magnet for flying insects. On occasion if a tent with sides was to be used it may be possible to enjoy the fountain outside.

5. Are there any table and electrical requirements?
Yes. The table must be able to handle 150lbs and be level in order for the fountain to operate at the optimum level. You are also required to supply the linens and table skirting. Our fountain requires a grounded, 120 volt electrical outlet with 15 amps within 10 feet of where the fountain will be set up.

6. Does fountain time include set-up and tear-down?
No, we require at least 60 min. for set-up prior to your scheduled fountain time and 60 min for tear-down & clean up at the conclusion of the fountain time. That time is on us!

7. Is a deposit required?
Yes. We require at least a $200 deposit within 5 days of receiving the contract to hold the fountain for your event. The balance will be due 14 days prior to the event. In some cases with shorter notice (ex. booking 1 mo. prior to event) will require the total to be paid in full within 5 days of receiving the contract.
